1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We work with global suppliers to offer affordable pricing.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as free shipping, depending on promotions.
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear in the system.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 days, contact us at support@driftocity.com.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Driftocity is not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
6. Payment Methods

Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (if enabled)
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
7. Payment Security

We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
